IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE CLINIC IN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OR HAVE A NEW INJURY, we need to book an initial assessment so your therapist has enough time to properly re-evaluate your injury.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. You are able to cancel an appointment by calling the clinic and leaving a voicemail, by sending us an email, or directly through your Jane App account. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee up to 100% of the visit Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss/no-show for their appointment will automatically incur a late cancellation fee.

All fees must be cleared PRIOR to booking or attending another appointment.
