Dr. Nicholas Russell received his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s of Science in Sports Medicine at the University of Western States in Portland. He is focused on providing high quality and effective healthcare for nerve, muscle, and skeletal pain.

Dr. Russell’s treatment approach focuses on manual therapy techniques which include adjustments, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue therapies paired with progressive functional rehabilitation. Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Pamella earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland Oregon in 2018. Dr. Pamella moved to Miami, Florida, where she practiced at USA Sports Medicine. There, she had the privilege of treating a diverse range of athletes, from NFL players, MLB players, Olympic track athletes to weekend warriors, enhancing her expertise in sports chiropractic care.

Dr. Balomenos believes in a patient-centered approach to care, and her goal is to get her patients back to participating in the activities they love. She specializes in sports rehabilitation and chronic pain patients.
